Next time you feel yourself going into a slump (depression), check out your posture.
I’m trying this advice tonight for tiredness. It seems that monitoring my posture is helping me breathe deeper and feel less tired.

Standing up straighter helps! It also helps to put a smile on your face – expecially a fake one. I have a tendency to laugh at myself for doing that.
You certainly don't sound depressed fluteyogi and I am very happy about that!
